Infant/Toddler Childcare Teacher

Location: Kokomo, Indiana 46902

Job type: Part Time (30 hours per week)

Shifts and Schedules: Flexible between 6 AM - 6 PM

Pay: $12-14/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Child Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our youngest learners.

Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing the physical needs of children, including feeding, diapering, toileting, and supporting potty training as developmentally appropriate.

Your role extends beyond these basics; you will create a dynamic environment where play and learning seamlessly coexist.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Infant/Toddler Child Teacher, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Passing an extensive background check before being hired.

• Implementing our established curriculum, designed to foster development.

• Building meaningful relationships with families and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning environment.

• Displaying a patient and calm personality, coupled with a loving approach to every child.

• Meeting the age requirement of at least 21 years.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.

• Possess a minimum of six months of childcare experience (required) or at least one year of childcare experience (preferred).

• Hold an associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or a High school diploma/GED (required).
