As a Level 3 Registered Ministry Provider, we adhere to rigorous standards that encompass every aspect of our childcare and educational services.

• Building Strong Foundations: We meet all the requirements for Levels 1 and 2, setting a solid foundation for high-quality care and education.

• Time-Tested Reliability: Our program has been in operation for a minimum of one year, demonstrating our stability and reliability as a childcare provider.

• Empowering Lead Teachers: Our Lead Teachers receive paid planning time, allowing them to create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum.

• Educational Expertise: Over 50% of our teaching staff possess the Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent certificate, an early childhood degree, or have completed 60 clock hours of educational training leading to an early childhood/child development degree or CDA credential.

• Continuous Learning: At least 50% of our teaching staff, including our Director, participate annually in a minimum of 20 clock hours of educational or in-service training focused on topics relevant to early childhood.

• Regular Evaluation: We conduct an annual program evaluation by both families and staff to ensure that we continually improve and evolve our services.

• Strategic Planning: Our comprehensive strategic plan includes annual evaluation, goal setting, and long-range planning, ensuring that we are always striving for excellence.

• Inspired Curriculum: Our written curriculum is a reflection of our program philosophy and goals, based on child development and best practices. It encompasses children's physical, cognitive, language, literacy, and social-emotional development.

• Supporting Development: We provide diverse opportunities for children's physical, cognitive, language, literacy, math, and creative development.

• Empowering Choices: Children actively engage in making choices about their activities and materials, promoting independence and critical thinking.

• Inclusivity: We have comprehensive plans and environmental accommodations for children with special needs, creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all children.
